A new "chapter" begins!

Friends, we are so excited to announce a new BOOK BUY option for you!  We hope this provides an option for families who want their gently used children's books to have new homes, but not at the sad prices that big-box used bookstores are offering.  It also helps our little shoppe have access to more wonderful books for our customers and gives us the opportunity to provide an even greater selection and quantity of books for all of you!  

So, if you are local to the Dallas area, here are the things you need to know:

• We accept gently-used children's books that are consistent with the curated collection that we offer at Yellow House.  (If you're not sure what that includes, it's okay!  Bring them anyway, and we can tell you if they're on our list.  What this list does NOT include are any movie or TV character books, like Disney, Marvel, etc.)

• We can arrange pickup from you in the local area, or accept porch drop-off anytime.  Just email us at yellowhousestoryshoppe@gmail.com to arrange. We have already had three customers do this over the last week, and it has worked perfectly! 

• We will also have periodic "buying days" at our shoppe location at Central Commons in Dallas!  Our first BUY BACK DAYS will be next week, July 26-28 from 10:00-3:00 each day.  No appointment necessary!  Just come on in and find us in Westside Coffee just inside the main doors.

• We offer payment via Venmo or Paypal.

• Please remember that we can only purchase those books which are consistent with the content, quality, and condition of the inventory we keep in stock at Yellow House.  For anything that does not meet those standards, you will have the choice to keep the remaining books, or we are happy to donate them on your behalf.

Thank you for your excitement for us as we slowly develop a few of these dreams we've had for so long, and for your patience as we get all the details in order.  We look forward to seeing some of you this next week---and please share this with friends!  We love that children's books of all kinds will be lovingly recycled to other families who will love and treasure them, so thank you for being a part of making that happen.
